1. Moto belongs to Google now.
2. Google Android OS made Samsung the best phone seller not Bada or even Tizen the upcoming OS from Sammy can do take.
3. Moto got one of the best hardware in the world combine with Google and Android no phone can beat them.
4. For now Samsung need Google (Android OS) to face iPhone but GoogleMoto can stand on it own for is Hardware and Software.
5. Other companies like HTC, Sony, LG and so on still need Android OS to sell their products.
There is even more raisons ...

Yes, Google and Moto ... moreGoogle only bought Motorola for it's patents because Apple likes to bring frivolous patent law suits for any little thing possible to try to slow the competition down, but with these patents Google can protect Android and all the manufacturers, and they'll never give Motorola priority because most of Google's revenue comes from advertising so they need to keep all manufacturers happy and on their side, so i reckon they will eventually just sell Motorola and keep the patents.

Anonymous, 23 May 2012Is it just me, or are the phone makers missing out on a gro... morewell ishould tell you that iwas thinking just as you, i thout 4.3inch is very large un needed screen jusst making the devices bigger, but the new galaxy note really changed the standards, avery big screen but really gorgeous and make you really happy every time you look at it, so s3 with his 4.8 inch and not that big comparing to s2 is really impress. so i let my appsess with the hating of large screens.
and if you are afrai cracking your screen dont be dear , it has corning glass2, the best glass ever from the best company, the corning gorilla 1 was impressing and they say that if you sit over your phone you wont crak it, so gorilla 2 from corning will be much better.
as you can see now every company is using it in its new phone including apple, so dont be afraid

[deleted post]This phone does have some mighty spec and should stay current for a good few years yet, but there is 1 thing that could be a problem and that's the lack of 4G in the quad core international version, because the UK will get it eventually and this phone will be useless to me, but i pre-ordered mine anyway and i'll probably be due a new phone by the time we get 4G so i can enjoy this muscle car of a phone til then.

and ok iwill accept having 1gig ram but then why ido need quad cores in?
s2 functions very well when update to ics ,beside it have superAMOLEDplus, but smart stay on s3 really make me suffer from choicing bw them

but about the gaming you are fully right.
and yes apple ios wont need any more ram, and if they do major upgrades into their new software the ram wont be increased more than 765 so what ever.
so according to this i dont see any reason makes me go for s3, i would prefer having s2 and save money till new smar phones will ship around, bcz idont think ineed those 4cores in my daily use

Hi, forum guys, I am astonished to note that present world economic crises, everybody esp$ youngsters can afford a 500$ plus cell every second month. Yar its just to receive and call or internet or social contact. Every second cell has this facility. But for Gods sake where due u throw your previous cells, and buy high ends. Shame we fail to understand that every next model will be slightly better in size megapixel processors speed and flipflops. At least the risk of stolen breakege or misuse exists. But still people want to buy and buy and buy. These cos are basically one some supply screens chips processers and rest ninety percent made in China. 10" tablet Chinese copy is avail 280$ copy of s3 one x iPhone etc avail 200$. Either its mania or phobia or waist of money. We have world to live need much better lively means to survive. Everybody control your envy where are previous model worth billions bought either sold for half or thrown or second set or gift. Give logical answers why waist for minor upgrades. Thx

waste device so pricey better buy an ipad3 or good lap.
I dont know why lot of fools are buying it this will become outdated with no app support and update like galaxy s,s2.
Better get ps vita for gaming else ipad3.

Samsung GS3 is a superb phone. but it has 1GB ram & 8mp camera. It would be the best phone of the world if the camera & ram were 12mp & 2GB.
