The greatest smartphone/phone I've ever had. I've used it for almost 6 years now, never failed me, I've only changed a battery 2 years ago because it started to dry for less than an hour of use. The first 3 years with it made me happy and proud, just the fact that was stronger than the S4(also a good device). When Modern Combat 5 came I was one of the first people to play it, back then when MC5 wasn't free to play, btw MC4 and MC3 where my favs... but whatever. 2017 came and this device stopped running as well as it usually ran. Don't use(anymore)/buy this device there are much better devices right now... well not as strong as this one (yeah even the CAT phones) , the strength of this device is some kinda miracle. Keep it as a Trophy, so you can be proud of the good taste you had back in the time you've bought it. My conclusion IF YOU STILL USING THE ♥ GALAXY S3♥ IT'S TIME FOR UPGRADE.

been using since 6.6.2017 still going very well and a friend already had used for 3years his said was same to me, atually the hand set itsel is blamless so someone couldn't hate it all the people ran it with joy.

The recommanded rom for S3 is 4.0.4 and 4.3 (Jelly BIn)

Had mine for 4 years now but find that the specs are out of date. Can't use some apps on Android version and 1 GB ram is inadequate for speed. Will keep it in reserve to reduce the feeling of loss.Staying with android whatever.

ran this since 2015 cause I wanted a fm radio in a modern smartphone and international galaxy s3 was one of he few left to have it.
ran it for years- my first android experience, was very effective. battery did drain and there were afew hangups... but I can still use this phone even to this day with minmual problems
for the battery I used Anker for 2200mah regular use (I recomond) and from time to time switched over to zero lemon 7000Mah on the weekends which gave me a 3 day use without needing to charge. when things got slow I'd flash stock rom 4.3 to make it feel brand new.
I have two models... I had a special refurbished brown model and a white one bought used from someone else who swore by iphone... the brown unit sadly the flash memory craped out and the white one... while it has the power button issues I treated this phone like trash- beat it up and smashed it... she STILL runs! amazing.
need a cheap phone? this is a fraction of what it used to be and the quality of mid size. if you can get past staying on kitkat or jelly bean I recomond

Like a 80s/90s car. You can repair it with some tool by your hand if anything is going wrong. It has almost the same knowledge like todays middlelow-priced mobiles. Still a good one, recommended!
