If the design of s3 were better, I can accept Galaxy devices are beter than xperia devices. Xperia S design won the S3 design. And why the camera is 8MP. Xperia has12MP with bravia engine,3d sweep panorama, and exmor sensor.
Finally, I would like to say that S3 is not worth waiting device. its design are similar to Hauwei Ascend series.

i am so happy it has a notification LED !!! wow !!! the guys from SAMAUNG did a good job for it... SGS 1 and SGS2 were lack of it.

i didnt found any "UGLINESS" in this phone..& why all people are whining the same & still the daily interest is going up & up..and come on..these are all touch phone..they all have Bar kind of build..so they could only either be rectangular or rectangular with circular side..they couldn't be triangular or circular..so its a universal truth that all the touch phones give u a brick sensation & then also you people are whining "UGLY UGLY"? does this making any sense? maybe you have'nt seen your faces after waking up in the morning till now..coz that definitely will look way too ugly than anyone..& those people who are shouting about plastic body..then please go & use Iphone 1 which was made up of metal & that metal used to get scratched & chibbed in when it used to fall & wasnt even replaceable without spending enough money..& the plastic is always been flexible, fits perfectly in hand, doesnt slip off during some sweat in hand & makes devices lighter, fashionable, long lasting(doesnt fades out) & grippy..i too am a GS2 user..i havent expected anything special in look coz of the BAR shaped touchphones..i that beauty got is "Sleek & light feeling in hand, feels durable, speed, great response, great battery life, versatility,etc.." which made that phone the no.1 phone of the year where all other isheeps & fanboys kept on whining- "crap, plastic, brick" to GS2 also..& ill definitely buy GS3 when it'll be released in India bcoz i have already experience Samsung & they believe in being decent in design but beast when it comes to specs sheet..& to the people yelling about 8mp camera..then someone please in this world u illiterate that megapixels is for resolution & also a memory eater..all matters is the sensor..so most of you're critics shows nothing but your illiteracy & your childish & eyecandy wannabe attitude..grow up KIDDO's..:\..!!

Ugliest galaxy.it's so much like c7 but unlike the c7 is ugly because of the very big body 137.71.8.6 its like the old windows phones in 2002-2003. The edge to edge design could help samsung to making it smaller but they not did.the master of the design is iphone

i was waiting for samsung s3 but m really dissapointed,,,now going for sony xperia s having much better design with playstation 12 mp camera and more screen ppi density

have to say that the design of the phone is really poor. I you're going pay a whopping amount for the phone let it atleast attract you (look wise).... seriously samsung shud've thought about it..... The reason S2 was a huge hit was because of the performance and the classic design.....

This is great! I like the rounded corners plus the high quality plastic! And damn! Those specs are on top unlike those nonsense 2gb ram. 2gb ram for what? Samsung and HTC all the way in 2012!

This one is same as gsplus. both devices got same processor.. N it looks like a kind of SOAP... I really dont like this one.... btw SONY XPERIA S rocks beat it if you guys can SAMSUNG.... LMAO :P

samsung won in hardware nd all stuffs but failed a lot in design part even the mock s3's where good in looking bt by performance.......outsmarts all other phones.lets wait nd c what iphone-5 will offer us
