Will buy it the first day it comes. Had sgs, sgs2 and atm i have g note. I was realy happy with all off them and cant wait for this one. HTC one X is also good(the quad core version, not dual)but I never liked sense(had sensation).

Big disappointment. The prototypes that were circulated back in the fall are pretty much what we're seeing here sans the fake case.

No true RGB matrix in the screen and no 12mp camera. Amoled and Super Amoled once led the pack, but are now old hat and this cannot compare to the One X that is already on the shelves. Also, when even the photography troglodites HTC themselves acknowledge that their marketing surveys indicate that the camera specs on a smart/camera phone are what consumers check first of all and HTC is making (albeit lame, but) sincere efforts to improve its cameras, what is Samsung doing? How hard could it have been to up the sensor to 12mp? It couldn't have dug too deeply into their margins.

Am now in a quandry. SGSII is my main phone and I'm set on getting a Nokia 808 for holiday pics, but am wary to commit to the SGS3 with the let-downs. Sony will be launching a true competitor in the fall and a 12mp camera is a given there. Then there is the i9800 that I'm wondering about. Will it be what we all had hoped the i9300 would be?

so far i have had the samsung s2 for 12 months and it has not failed me as yet the samsung s3 should be a great step up with the quad core witch will be making things alot faster when using remote desktop from phone to pc and also playing emulated games on it should rock now as it will be a more responcive screen as well this will be a great tool in the work force for computer techs and all other sorts as well cant wait to get my hands on one

Great Specs. A 12MPcamera would have been good. Some rumored pictures looked better than this though. Lets wait for iPhone 5 release before we say anything else.

really nice phone, nice screen, great software and the cpu is way faster then tegra 3, not sure if it is better than S4, but in my opinion the exynos chipset is better than the snapdragon. i own a S2 and it runs very smooth. one friend of mine has a sensation and it lags a lot.

I dont get the deal with tablet sized phones... 4.3'' were too big for many users and now they drop this, in 2 years we'll be seeing 10 inch phones and 20 inch tablets
