Could have work better with camera atleast upto 12 MP....
And Designed could have been more better...
Overall it has same specs as HTC One X

I really don't like the physical design of the phone, but the new features are just exciting and innovative esp. the smart eye-recognition & nfc wi-fi direct.
The 8 Megapixel camera is a let-down. I expect it would have a 12MP camera. Anyway, at least the phone has a 1.4GHz quad-core exynos cpu, a larger screen and a wireless charger.

Guys, Initially I was also disappointed with the 8MP camera but now it seems that Samsung took the right decision. Ever wondered why Apple never upgraded its MP like hell? Its purely because Mega Pixel doesn't matters. The shutter speed and image stabilization is best in Samsung S3 which allows it to beat a normal or conventional 12 MP camera also in terms of clarity and quality.

Really awesome ...
I am hesitating between the white and blue ...
This is the phone I was waiting for (hoped there would be a dual sim version but it looks that I'll have to wait for another year)

The disappointment is plastic body. Again. Looks way cheaper than One X. Don't like the looks of icons. Can't they get a crew of ten people who could draw nice and have some visual taste. Like, big like for storage. That is awesome. Big and promising battery. And some promising software features. Have to wait to see it in person.

WoW.....dats fantastic......now I'm in a great confusion...Galaxy SII of Galaxy SIII....which one shud i go?
Based on the specifications SIII has similarities with the SII the only diffence is the screen size and the processor. Rest is the same.....so guys what shud i prefer SII or SIII....???

I just had a play around with the device, its nice and fast and thin, I'm not impressed with looks personally the top and bottom are so curved I found it hard to hold while typing. Touch-Wiz is ugly on the display as some of the widgets look overly stretched and I feel they are little boring too. in terms of build quality, well I was hoping for some premium material but looks same as the galaxy s 2 (plastic fantastic). Overall I prefer the looks and feel on the HTC One X with is premium polycarbonate body and curved glass.

Nothing worse than those beating hearts complaining about Samsung products. Heres somenews for all the haters, there isnt one electronic product on this planet constructed after 2010 that doesnt have a samsung component inside. Even Apple are now 60% Samsung. Why buy ONE iphone, when you can get TWO samsungs for the same price. OH< DID SOMEONE FORGET TO MENTION THE NEW EYE TRACKING FEATURE ON THE S3.

WTF ?.. this is so crappy... 4.8 is to big, its a phone not a damn tablet, 1gb of ram still ? same camera , ugly/cheap looks and what is with that weird blue color ? ... Only the proc is great... the rest fails... what a HUGE LETDOWN, now will have all the apple fanboys trolling us, thx a lot. Im switching to HTC.

...i also think this is (although they don't name them like that) like iphone 4s, a temporary upgrade, sort of; i believe it is confusing for samsung what will iphone 5 will be so they present this one, which looks uglier then s2, in my opinion, and it gives the idea that samsung is on "let's wait and see what the other side has under their sleeves and then we will steal the idea and make it better, somehow" this is not innovation.

it looks like it had a bad haircut! lol galaxy s2 is much more beautiful and the perfect size..this one is way too big and camera?all this time waiting for this?bullshit! xperia s or lg optimus 4 hd or iphone 5...bye bye samsung...
