The specs are great and all, but i can't help thinking fours are a waste of processing power. i mean its only a phone and its not like its got a docking station, which will turn this into something more than just a pocket warmer.

WHY NOT GO FOR SAMSUNG S3?

IF ONLY SAMSUNG HAD ALREADY announced & RELEASED to South Africa or IF ONLY my phone didn't consider suicide for a few extra months which forced me to pay a penalty to bring my upgradable DATE earlier(Phone took a (figuratively speaking)leap from a 3stories high construction site onto ground and then into water and then DIED)

Then again it only SPECULATION, but still sounds VERY GOOD!!!
Where there is smoke there is generally a fire(unless it is electronic circuitry components that popped - hehe. It more a more of a vapor, but leaves a NASTY smell for quite some time).

In plain English: where there are rumors there is normally a great deal of truth UNLESS the Rumors are DELIBERATE evil and NOT-Factual with its only objective to PURPOSELY DISCREDIT something or rather SOMEBODY.

(The electronic smoke story true for those of you who haven't POPPED any circuitry board components. HEHE! And YES it also possible to create real smoke by electric components popping and MALFUNCTIONING and causing a chain of events which eventually leads to a real "fire" hazard.)

i dont see any major difference between the specs of SIII and SII same 8 mp camera negligible screen difference no need to atleast for me to upgrade but lets see what finally comes out of the bag

more or less it is same as samsung galaxy s2...in my opinion go for samsung galaxy s2 rather than s3...bcoz all feature are same...

i expecting a change from previous sets..like 12mp camera with xenon..3mp or more front cam..more battery capacity etc...( nokia announced 808 with 41mp cam phone with many facilities )

Can't see much reason to upgrade at the moment...

Basically an S2 + 2 extra cores + 0.3" extra screen size.

I'll probably wait and see if they make a Note II or w/e.
