Why is it only Dual Core at 1.8GHz while HTC Edge is Quad core at 1.5 GHz?
Am I missing something?

To people who don't know what these displays mean and stand for: LCD - liquid-crystal display, LED - light emitting diode, OLED - organic light emitting diode (made with organic material found in plants and with some modifications of LED), PMOLED - passive-matrix organic light emitting diode (not used in such devices), AMOLED - active-matrix organic light emitting diode.

@redman: Actually, OLED screen is just the same with AMOLED! AMOLED uses an Active Matrix to produce better colors while a normal OLED uses a passive technology! Also, S-LCD used by HTC is manufactured by Samsung! Take note that they're only naming it SC-LCD it differentiate it's name from that of HTC! Also, HTC is only buying the parts of its phone from Samsung! :P

What do you guys speculate? I personally think this phone will come out in April/May. Time couldn't be any better since my contract will end at 5 May. :P
I sincerly hope the specs will get better.
Would this phone run on Ice-cream sandwich? Will there be any other OS for this phone?

so if they want to make a phone they should make it with Super Clear LCD or LED, OLED will be better than both, and where's the dual LED flash, Quad core processor.
the front camera is 2 mp only, it doesn't support HD recording.
and mobile like that should have 2 cameras on the back for 3D recording
so samsung is crap and it will be like Nokia, so late.
check sharp brand and it's new 3d phones with 3 cameras (2 on the back for 3D recording and one on the front)

i have samsung galaxy fit and i want to buy a newer phone and i decided to go for a higher category in samsung like S3 but after this crab i will go for the incredible (HTC INCREDIBLE S)it's awesome and very fast.
HTC the coming monster that will defeat Samsung and it's crab mobiles.

if they will make a phone in the second qu... moreThese are NOT the specs of the phone. NO ONE knows the actual specs. GSM Arena jist put one of the rumors. But most and the lastest rumors say it will be quad-core.
What makes me hate is that GSM Arena put old-rumor-specs and people rate it low, when thr actual specs will come, it'll already have a lower rating than it deserved.
People, the phone is most likely to be quad-core @ 1.4-1.6 GHz. Android 4.0, water-proof (as iPhone 5), 7mm thick (everything else pretty much matches this page). According to GSM Arena's rumors.
Do not trust this page as it is JUST an older rumor. We will have to wait to see the real specs.

i find this phone awesome because of the screen. i do a lot of netflix and youtube on my fascinate. being a plastic phone is fine with me. i haven't borked mine yet so i dont find that an issue. i just want a beautiful screen and an awesome camera to boot. towards what it comes with, i'll just mod it to be better none the less...
BUT the quad core is very enticing for sure.... i'll be torn to pieces again for choosing a phone for my upgrade T-T...

Things that will sell me this phone are:
- The screen
- The camera
- 2GB RAM
Things that put me off are:
- Plastic
- Dual Core (Not neccesarily bad, I'd rather have a quad core that I can overclock though)
- Non-hardware buttons (I actually like the physical ones).
