I think this is a Quad-Core phone coz Galaxy S-Single Core, Galaxy SII-Dual Core and SIII a Quad Core. Whatever it may be but its inferior than HTC EDGE. HTC is always better than Samsung in terms of Performance(please dont bragg about battery, if you want battery go buy some cheap Nokia).

The bezel is thinner to accommodate the screen.

All the characteristics of perfect just one thing I don't like, 4.65 inch screen is too large for the use at hand, you can not write sms with walking, this is as tablets, have been better with 4.3 inches as SG2.

The Apple MAC iOS is about the integration of the total system allowing less hardware to perform at peak. Arriving at a system that functions smoothly at most every point of operation.
The Google Android systems are about cost versus performance. Utilizing various CPU/GPU combinations to introduce entry-level to top-end devices. And a semblance of "open source" that allows those desiring to push their devices to the limits the Android OS allows.
In essence it's an apples to oranges comparison (no pun intended). Apple aficionados will continue to purchase Apple MAC products for their innovative capacities and systems integration. Power users will vote Android as it incorporates leading edge hardware. And then there's WP7.
One note. iOS users can ALWAYS expect UPDATES. Android endusers (unless rooting) cannot boast the same due to the lack of unrestrictive update pathways as well as no exact minimum hardware requirements via the OS OEM (namely Google). A side note being WP7 has such a pathway (kudos to Microsoft).
Whether the recent post from "samsung tester" is real or fabricated is immaterial for without incontroverible proof whatever any supposed "tester" shares is basically meaningless. We here at adn.engineers take it all with a "grain of salt" since we haven't received any S3 products......yet and couldn't reveal any info anyhow.
As for the SG SIII, as another poster mentioned, this device has yet to be officially announced on any Samsung website. That's not to say there aren't some strong rumors and possible leaked info to allow decent speculation.
Whatever the case may be the SIII will undoubtably have superior specifications to its predecessor. Whether it'll have any of the recently announced cutting-edge hardware or software (JB instead of ICS) is speculation and wishful thinking. Remember that any mobile device is developed on a project basis starting months before launch. And "pausing" a project to incorporate newer technology is not usually cost-effective as it would require further development and test engineering. Not to say it doesn't happen. The second generation Corning Gorilla Glass would be a fairly easy integration, if, adequate supplies were to be available prior to the RTM.
We at adn.engineers would love to see Sammie launch with a "Tegra3-like" or above capability, a 2.5Ghz CPU and advanced IPS Display having full 1920x1080i capacity, a +/- 5.0 inch display; and much more.
And as for the OS, we still wantonly hope Google will one day reign in this scattered approach to its Operating System. And that MSPs (carriers) will realize this technology is more about the overall performance of the system and not the so-called add-ons (i.e their goofy UI enhancements). Spending hundreds of hours recoding the base subsystem applications just obsolesces their products feeding the 2-year subsidy cycle. It sells product but loses customer loyalty.
We still have "what-if" discussions amongst ourselves. They are relaxing and stimulating but non-productive. Yes, had MSFT released WP7 much earlier it could've driven Android into a better upgrade/update paradigm. Yes, had Apple pushed itself to release entry-level to topend devices it'd sell far more smartphones. And, yes, if Google had kept more control over its upgrade and minimum HW requirements more people would be running GBread and ICS without having to resort to the open source community for said upgrades.
Its all a balance of needs, desires and requirements. One must use a modicum of "caveat emptor" when purchasing mobile technology (except maybe for notebooks which are still considered part of this mix). We power endusers will likely stick with Android since if offers the most customization with the more powerfully designed devices.
We'd like to have had the second choice with WP7 but it just didn't happen. And the other Operating Systems just don't make the grade anymore (i.e. Symbian, webOS, meego. Etc). These will likely be relagated to "feature phone" status provided the carriers are still willing to offer such (North America and UK primarily). We would liked to have been able to do what much of the rest of the world does daily; buy unlocked devices and use where and when we desire. But then Americans would have to pay full market prices as they do with laptops, desktops and some tablets. God forbid.
One final thought. Hooray to Intel finally beginning to arrive into the mobile SOC arena. It's about time we have some CPU/GPU/APU competition in MNDs (mobile networked devices). With Intel's abilities and capacities we could eventually see pricepoints decline allowing more entry-level into the mobile scene. Not to mention sub 22nm technology and improved performances.
