me too got an update of same size (11.94 mb).
but no one knows about such an update. So I think this is a virus called dendroid which has been infecting smart phones in india..

AT, 04 Apr 2014my s3 shows black patches in black/grey screen especially ... moreThat is black clipping ,even my lcd tv has that thing. Only note 1 has major problem with that.

Ali, 04 Apr 2014hi friends don't update your phone to 4.3 it brings battery... morewhen u use ur phone ,yes its a bit drain battery but slightly, but standby time is very gud

kr, 04 Apr 2014Hey aki I bought the phone on 02.04.14 and after the firs... moreIf you bought it two days ago, and did not manually update it, then you should take it back ti the store and ask them why the battery is draining so fast. Also ask them if there is any chance they could make it 4.1.2, coz it is highly stable and has no issues absolutely.
When i bought it 20 days ago, they had installed 4.1.2 on it and the battery life is excellent.

pls indian user check that u r getting this error...i think kitkat update is in the corner soon out

my s3 shows black patches in black/grey screen especially at night!!..though no problem with the display but those black dust like patches really mess a lot n doesnt look good!.is neone else facing this?... n does neone knw if this can be fixed under warranty?
