and how could you decide the s3 processer is better than the a newest powerfull snapdragon 400 msm8226?? even benchmarks are higher in grand 2 and performance also better in grand 2 over the s3
and internal memory is not a big issue we can expand it to upto 64gb memory card
and grand 2 new ui is far better than s3 very very old ui
and 1.35gb ram better to perform the 770mb of the s3 ram
and grand 2 get thr 4.4 update also but s3 does not get the 4.4 update and do you know 4.4 update improves the perfomance alot
so in any department its clearly visable grand 2 is better than the v v old the s3

I prefer Samsung galaxy s3
grand 2 is nothing but waste .it has only a 8gb memory
and user available is only 4.8gb
we cannot install even 3good graphics game
grand 2 has only a 400snapdragon which is nothing but waste
s3has a mali400 which give s extra graphics and performance in high graphics games. S3 has a 16gb ram and we can install so many apps and game.
grand 2 doesn't have a Corning gorilla glass even a scratch resistant glass. But s3 has a corning gorilla 2
.grand 2 a tft old capacitive touch screen
s3has a super amold display.s3 has more cpu than grand 2
which gives more smooth.although grand 2has amore ram
s3 is more fast and smooth. So i prefer Samsung galaxy s3

Theres a reason why s3 is still priced higher ... moreyesterday i will goto showroom but shop keeper prefer the grand 2 over the s3 and i am also comparing both phones and the video playback is superb and natural in grand 2 but in s3 the video playback is not much good and looking artificial i am notice a blue tent on the s3 screen and in the camera
grand 2 captured accurate colours but we zoom 100% we could find a little bit noise but is very very small noise but the s3 camera colour capturing is sp dell and not accurate but image noise is very less compare to s3 and in perfomance better in grand 2 i am playing the asphalt 8 game on both phones but s3 is lag in high graphic mode but in grand 2 play this game in very simple and 0% lag in high graphics

It does not. Theres a reason why s3 is still priced higher than the grand 2 - coz its better.. Its sales even crossed apple's sales.
And s3 has two times the internal storage and super amoled screen with higher ppi. It is proved to be much better than tft. It is also lighter and easier to hold as compared to the phablet.
No other phone has won as much success as the s3. Period.

may be i think you are a mad bcoz moto g comes with a small display with worest camera and no accessories only 1gb ram and worest screen quality just 720p recording and very very worest ui and very very less options even auto brightness also not presented

The sales of the grand 2 can never even come near to the number of sales of the high end samsung galaxy s3. S3 still inhibits the sales of the new samsung devices.
It is funny even to compare the two smartphones.
In November 2012, the Galaxy S III had overtaken the Apple iPhone 4S to become the world's best-selling smartphone model in Q3 2012. It also won the European Mobile Phone Award for 2012-13, t3 mgazine's "phone of the year award" and was even called the "iphone killer".
It is one of the best and most popular android phones ever. It still inhibits the sales of the new samsung models.
Wolfson DAC, superb screen, better ppi and the humongous number of sales worldwide prove the s3 a clear winner over the grand 2.
And a 300mb difference in ram doesnt really make a difference. The s3 is lightening fast with its quad cores.
Battery life isnt debatable either. I can get it to last 1.5 days with a long time of music pkayback, games and even youtube videos. What else do you want from a smartphone?

Those claiming S3 won't be updated to KitKat bring up the proof, press release, any reference to samsung executives, anything! Stop spreading rumors. Read GSMARENA specs, impending update! Hopefully by April!
Grand 2 is a joke made of leftovers. S3 camera is unbeatable, Wolfson Dac sound is unmatched by Qualcom native DAC. RAM? increased RAM is not a surety for improved performance, rather its CPU architecture and installed GPU and Mali 400 is quite capable! Amoled HD against TFT LCD?!Speaker quality,Low internal memory limited apps installation Grand 2 is mediocre! Go for Moto G much better and is a better competitor for Grand 2. S3 is league above!
