I have checked SD card by PC and wipe them with non static charge cloth. most probably it is not a problem of set It could be router also. although I am using pc under same router.

Thank you for your nice cooperation. Sudden... moreMay be some apps were getting updated in the background. Or just switch of your phone. Take the memory card out, just wipe it in non static charge cloth and re insert it again (do this for the SIM also). Then switch on the phone.
Check the memory card for errors using windows disk check (after interting into the card reader).

Running my S3 on CyanogenMod 10.2, better and faster than the official Touchwiz firmware. Faster and the battery lasts much longer. I suggest you do the same.

App is free and also sync-able with outlook on PC if you pay for the sync drivers.
