my phone work great but two days before it suddenly change to safe mode... I not idea of it... send to handphone shop they help me to clean it up.. but today the same problem appear... my phone in safe mode again.. my whatapp and wechat icon gone.. how to deal with it？ Help。。。

My phone works great however recently when communicating by texting the texts show up in the wrong order. my texts appear in sequential order as I sent them but the response shows up before mine in sequential order they are sent. This makes it really tough to follow a conversation when you have to scroll back and forth and try to figure our which text follows correctly. Example of how it is shown would be my texts letters and their responses are numbers: 1234abcd How can I fix this problem?

You can verify if your charger is working properly installing the "Ampere" app (download it on Google Play)
This app can show if the battery life is good, and show the charging amperage in miliampere.
For Samsung Galaxy S3 this number is about 1000 mA.

How may I request Samsung authority to update the OS to 6 from 4.3 Because this phone is very good in there flagship line. So, if they update the OS version then it will be great. If all user request them, they may update it.

I have problem with Wi-Fi when I try to connect, it request a password and enter it, keeps searching or message pop-up tell it's protected by wpa2 psk. any solutions guys?

This phone is an exceptional piece of hardware.
Purchased half a year after it came to he market and until now it's working flawlessly and
fully functional, never needed repair except once in a while cache cleaning.

I've been using this phone for almost 4 years now. That's the longest I've used a unit. Some adjustments in the developer options and uninstalling cleanmaster restored my phone's performance.
