Cooked ROMs have no need for binary file. You have to install an official ROM before you try to roll back the binary counter.
The easy thing it to do a Firmware upgrade and initialisation from kies to make sure you have the ROM for your phone installed on your device.

davinci, 19 Oct 2013I'm new to android from nokia.i used to have an app called ... moreNetqin mobile security (antivirus) offers, vibrate when your call connects (as apparantly the radiation is slightly more before connecting) so that way you dont have to hold phone next to ear. The app is free. Why not search up answer vibrate in playstore, as there are probably many options.

After almost year of satisfactory using my S3 get SDS (sudden death syndrom). In the internet I get to know that this happens (there were no statistics) and can be fixed with changing motherboard. But can be prevented with update to 4.1.2 Android. So why it was not done by Samsung?

I had a very bad experience with the Samsung S3. I dropped the device from a small height and it developed a crack. The whole front section had to be replaced and it cost me Rs. 9,500. I would never recommend this phone to anyone.

I'm new to android from nokia.i used to have an app called vibraconnect which vibrates when the other side answers abd in the 55 sec. Of each min .is there anything kike that in android?

can any one ple... moreClear cache partition then hard reset. The easy answer to most proplems people ask about over and over and over and over and over again in here.
If you did and update but didn't clear your cache partition first, 8 out of 10 times it's going to cause some problem that will lead to you having to clear the cache partition and hardreseting after the update.

jayesh13, 19 Oct 2013Thanks Azmil. My fone belongs to dubai and if i download th... moreIf your phone has been rooted your "B" counter is no longer at zero. So you can't get kies or OTA updates even if you use odin to put on an official ROM. but you can always update with odin & sammobile.
Other than that you have to reset your counter and use kies initialisation to restore the ROM intended for your phone. Not a downloaded ROM for a next region siii.

Shazzy B, 19 Oct 2013i want to upgrade to this from iphone 3gs should iMy goodness are you in for a shock..Imagine you have been in jail since 2009 and you are now being released,that is the only i would describe anyone coming from a 3gs to 2012 high spec Android..You are in for a shock.

Go to Settings > Application Manager > All applications (on the top). Locate the "BadgeProvider" app, once in there select "clear data" and reboot
