I just turned the sensitivity setting on 'Shake'... moreThanks for tips. I had same stuff before in my jailbroken iphone. Btw, I am talking about my future S4......not yet owned lol. I am thinking replacing my iphone5 with S4 as its price has gone down. I am looking for device that let me change battery & put sd card. I think only samsung galaxy line offer this.
I am looking into Nokia N9 style simple tap & wake kinda solution. Shaking is not wat I am lookin for........done lots of shaking when i was young :)

I have found what you want! Go onto Google Play Store and search for an app named "Shake" by ADL Dev.
I got it working by switching the Lockscreen to "None" and set the app up as follows:
On the main screen, tick 'Service state' to ON, and then 'Active when screen is off' ON. Then tap the 'Action when shaken' option, and under 'simple' and then 'select action' choose 'Turn screen on'.
You can wake your phone up by waving side to side OR (which is better), wave it towards and away from you. Do it gently!

He wasn't making fun of you at all. "Anthony" has been posting on this forum for a long time, and while he can be helpful a lot of the time, he can also act a bit weird sometimes. He lives somewhere in the Caribbean and if he goes out without his hat on he acts a bit crazy. LOL.

Well, for me double tap to wake up device and notification light are the most imp feature in any smart phone besides call, email & messaging. I think both are very useful features. I guess different strokes for diff ppl.

The problem is not having a lock screen but having to find small things in the dark because he must have no feelings in his fingers. :)

You following the below setting,
First you connect your mobile to pc with cable
Then go to Setting.. then click to More.. you will be find Tethering and Portable Hotspot.. click here, then you will be find USB Tethering just select here and wait few minite it will be connect in the internet and you can brows your pc around the world,,,

Have you thought of setting your Lockscreen to 'None'? (Settings/Lockscreen). Then all you have to do is press the HOME button once to access your phone.

I purchase this phone about 1 month ago shit phone actually I just dropped my phone from maximum 2 feet height and the half screen is black even there was a plastic case installed. I forced to believe that Samsung makes phone from a very cheap material and product is totally non reliable.
It was a good phone very fast and good WiFi antenna(can capture WiFi signals from a distance)not very happy with camera result because some phone having 5mp camera have same photo quality. Planing to send back in warranty lets see what happens.

If you can access the Samsung App Store then your phone should be genuine. It is possible that someone has flashed a custom ROM onto your phone and this is the problem. If that is the case then flashing a stock ROM onto your phone with Odin should clear the discrepancy you are experiencing and show your true IMEI and Serial numbers.
