I think, I fixed the problem and also knew what caused the problem.
I have done the Factory Reset and tested SMS>>>working fine now.
I think what caused the problem was something to do the Kie back up (Network restore) because b4 I did the Kie back-up everything working fine

You could always do that. Turn off delivery report in sms settings.

It's doesn't shown any of "!" mark on any thread. The TXt work as normal but everytime after the TXT sent the phone gave a message " Message not sent!"

samsung s3 which I use not one month, suddenly died for no reason in an 80% battery. I hope samsung can overcome the events that I experienced.

I have just phoned a friend of mine who had the same problem a while back. He told me that you install Handcent onto your phone, load it, and press the left soft button. Choose 'More' and then 'Undelivered'. Delete any message in there and the problem is solved (it worked for him anyway).

OK. See if there are any messages in the draft folder that are waiting to be sent.
Open the Messaging app and press the left soft button. On the menu that appears you will see options for 'Draft messages', and 'Locked messages'. Make sure both of those folders are empty.

Try Settings... Application manager and scroll across to the right until the Header reads 'All'. Then scroll down to 'Messaging'. Open that app and tap 'Clear data'. Also 'Clear cache' is it is bright (not greyed out).
