When I had my i9000 back in 2010 I flashed new f... morethnx .I didnt know about wiping cashe before flashing. thats why there was sm prblms wth me on I9300xxufme3...

I would have stopped after 2.
But you should also take a good look at where you are buying your devices from, not just the brand. I don’t know how things work where you are but where I am, some stores are known for selling 2nds (device that didn't past strict quality control standard of the manufacture.) they get them cheaper that way, so they can make more profit or pass the savings on by advertising a sale.

I bought this phone last week but recently i got some phone call earpiece and mic issue even though i use the loud speaker i can't hear the person i'm calling and they can't hear me too and the signal suddenly disappears and comes back after a minute or so, i just returned the phone today for repair, everytime I buy samsung phone there's always some flaws unlike nokia (except windows phones) and other lower end brands, I'm so disappointed at samsung mobile phone products, of all the products I had everything had a problem 6/6

I mean the experience of a cheap lumia is not the same as the more expensive lumia.
That what I ment by you get what you pay for.
My mom has a cheap lumia so I know. It's good enough for her needs but I'm upset that Skype couldn't install on her model, so she still has to sit by a pc to use Skype.

How about LG Optimus G? Don't you like that model? Or wait for the S4 Active.

If you don't care if your phone lacks a radio, go for the Galaxy S4, you won't regret. That model can do many cool things, which the Xperia Z, ZR, Lumia 520 can't do. The battery life of the S4 is better.
The Xperia Z is only better at the term, that it is waterproof, and it has a bigger screen. Anyway, you can compare phones on this site, so you can see the differences.

When I had my i9000 back in 2010 I flashed new firmware onto it and then rooted it.
Then, strange things started to happen. The phone's screen would light up in the night, waking me up, but there were no calls or messages. The phone would turn itself off and restart for no apparent reason. Then my data use shot up by over 100%. The biggest shock was my phone bill, which went through the roof even though I wasn't making any extra calls. I took it to be looked at and it was found to have a nasty trojan on it; which I was told happened because I had rooted the phone, which left it open to attack. I've never rooted one since, and I've never had any problems since.
So, if you want to root your phone then go ahead, it isn't necessary, but it's your choice; it's your phone.
One tip. I always use the 'Anthony' (LOL) method of flashing. That is, I put the phone into Recovery mode before flashing and clear out the cache partition. That way, you don't get any files left over from the previous version that might cause conflicts.
