How easy it really is to use this phone for everyday use? Simple basic actions like calling, texting, 3G, WiFi spots, listening to music, internet searching, settings, battery life, games etc. How does it feel in the hand? Are there any annoying glitches? Any annoying or too complicated features? How often do android updates arrive? I've already read all reviews and seen a lot of comparison videos, but I need to hear it from real users so I could make my final judgement on whether to but it or not.

I purchased my s3 at the end of Nov. 2012. I have called sprint at least two times a month regarding Internet service. I can not receive a connection anywhere in my house without moving from one spot to another. I should be able to use my 3G where ever I am in my house. Every time I call, they reset my phone, say the tower is working or the tower down. Then they say that they will call me back and never do. I was with Cricket and I had no problem with my service, I just wanted to try something different. Then I had to agree to a two year contract which I never had with Cricket. Sprint never said my phone will only receive a signal depending on a tower in my neighborhood. If anybody have a solution to my problem, please email me at sheboobadie@gmail.com and tell me. risa, 30 Apr 2013Is there any dual-core s3?The North America n one use dual core instead of quad core. They have 2GB f ram instead of 1 in the international version. It's all because of the lte band. Both are equally good. Both run the same software so no problem having a powerful dual-core I instead of a powerful quad-core. It's all about user experience and they have the same user experience. In fact I would said that the extra GB of ram in the north american version is better when it's come to application because you have more ram for the application. Less lag is the results of this so better experience.

The main antenna
As the phone is thin, it is expected to feel heat in the area when doing anything using wireless transmission over an extended time. Blocking that area makes the antenna use more power to transmit thus increasing the heat.
All the apps you mentioned I use, except for Avast. Which in my opinion is crap on the PC so will most likely be crap on a mobile. Avast is most likely playing a big part in your slow down if it is always scanning everything you do on your phone.
Your Ram usage is normal
I found using All-In-One Toolbox helps by allowing me to remove user and system apps from boot up that I never use.
Default dialer and contact being 2 on that list.
I replaced them with TouchPal
I will so assume you have tried a lot of app.
Is it would be nice it your could clear your cache partition, hard reset and only install what you actually use now.
