This is the excellent phone i have used ever.. camera awesome, battery lags after an year, sleek design, light weight... am using since two years, still no phone can beat this one!

hii friends i booted my s3 in safe mode and then i restart the phone it cannot go i reset the phone but safe mode is there plese tell me how this solve plese....

would it go completely dead in one click, when asked for an update. my samsung galaxy s iii 19300 went dead, after one click when asked for a software update. is it such a poor built up mobile? i tried several samsung service authorised service centres to get it repaired but in vain. i lost all my important datas and also it is irrecoverable.
can the company samsung take care of my mobile?
