go in with your phone together with your friends phone and show them the difference and demand to have your phone changed. (Record any conversation you have with any rep)
Once you have your bill of sale, the device has no scratches on it. And no water damage.... I say your problem falls under manufacturer defect and they have to change it or take the matter up with consumer affaires. Don't let sellers take advantage of you. (Unless you bought it from the back of a truck)

Did you hear about the guy that got the hand of the MOST beautiful girl in all the world, he was very happy, until he found..
she had a laugh that would make a donkey sound musical...
her memory seemed to only last for a few days, then she went back to like a 5 year old..
her dinner and bedside habits were like a pig... not easy when trying to love than fantastic body....
just like when a phone is 95% display, WHY do you groan about the 5%, that will be hidden a a protective case??????

It shouldn't cost you anything to get your phone repaired, because it comes with 12 months warranty. The S3 was only released 8 months ago, in May 2012, so your phone is still under warranty and will be repaired free. If you are being charged for the repair then you are being scammed.

Dear All,
If possible kindly assist to the best of your capability...
I have Samsung Galaxy S3...
It was working fine till yesterday and suddenly out of the blue... It is stuck at its logo...
It is showing: Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-i9300
When i connect it to my laptop... just the battery sign is showing.. doesnt go further...
I have pulled out the battery quiet a few times and still it is stuck...
I tried Pressing power+menu(center round button)+volume down button all together and kept holding these buttons but nothing happened.
I researched the web and it is showing that loads of Galaxy S3 people are facing the same issue...
This is called "THE SUDDEN DEATH GLITCH"
Kindly assist if possible... Is there any solution for this problem so far?

Who is that complient about amoled 'shut up it is best in the market. Better than crap retina display.
