you have power off your mobile and then press power key, volume up key and home button at once for some seconds. then options will appear. you have to select factor reset then your mobile will unlock. that's it. ;-)

Go to recovery mode.
And wipe/factory rest.

My bluetooth freezes my new soundbar. I have to unplug and plug back in and if I try again it freezes again. It connects with my other bluetooth speakers no problem. My old Samsung Ace connects no problem as does my laptop and my son's phone. Any ideas please?

Great phone overall at its price but obviously it is put down because of less costing Moto G and Huawei Y625. The Android OS is 4.4.2 not 4.3 Jelly Bean.

I think this started just after the 4.3 update. I bought two new batteries and still the same. I hope they will put up another update with fixes for the battery drain issue.

Why my CPU always throttle speed from
CPU 0: 1400MHz
CPU 1: 1400MHz
CPU 2: 1400MHz
CPU 3: 1400MHz
to
CPU 0: 800MHz
CPU 1: Sleep
CPU 2: Sleep
CPU 3: 800MHz
CPU Load: 100℅
I notice that the CPU 1 and 2 goes deep SLEEP. And the load is 100℅. When this happens, my phone gets very laggy! This is now normal right? I don't know if there's thermal problem here.
In short, why the the other two processors isn't working? Why processors throttle at 800? Even if I am using some apps? That should not sleep!
