My s3's ram is 833MB .Is that normal?

I am trying to switch off the mobile data but every time if I switched it off and locked the mobile, after unlocking it the mobile data switching on automatically!!! Have tried this many times but always after unlocking the mobile the mobile data turned on automatically!!!!!
Wondering how could I stop the mobile data to turn on automatically?

Because the processor of s3 1.4GHz quad core,means(1.4x4)is much high than s2 which is 1.2GHz dual core,mean(1.2x2) and even s3 internet speed is higher.

Master of Technology, 30 Dec 2012Never up grade s3 to jelly it will start drain the bettery ... moreAgreed with you man, yes my SGS3 already upgraded to 4.1.1 and of coz experience very slow in dial call and contact pop up and stuck on some apps, that is why i want to further upgrade to higher 4.1.2
Now already upgraded today to 4.1.2 seem abit better then 4.1.1 let's see first.

My s3 can last up to 14hours with a single charge and i will tell u how it can last for those hours u people just wait i will reply to u with the answer.

I ... moreIt is true that note2 has battery life and has the same features like s3 but the problem is with u people u dont listen to what i told u Never upgrade any phone to any android verson the battery will drainin very fast.

I owned S3 for 5 months now. I like most of it except the battery life. The battery life become worst after the Jelly Bean update. I tried different settings but didn't really get much improvement.
If given another chance, i will go for Note 2 myself as i already see how good the battery life is on Note 2.

In my office most of us use dual monitor to get things done faster.
You would probably call that a distraction.
the center of my home entertainment unit is a cpu with a 27" monitor and a 46" 1080p LCD. with speakers and bluetooth headphones.
If you were my wife you would say I could not have it.
You like dual core fine.... but dont say no one needs quad core. We are not all you.

Never up grade s3 to jelly it will start drain the bettery 20percent in the night and the touchscreen will be slower.... The Samsung galaxy s4 will be coming with Android version 5.0(Key Lime Pie).

My people listen to me very carefully Never upgrade s3 to jelly bean 4.1.1 the sensitive keys will be slower and the battery will drain very fast so take cation on that. Good news for u all is that samsung galaxy s4 will come with android verson 5.0

Guys, galaxy s3 is the best phone ever ,There is no phone can beat s3 so far even iphone 5 it only internet speed iphone5 is high and if u want to know s3 is better than iphone5 go on youtube and check .;50 Reason why samsung galaxy s3 is better than iphone5: .And if u want to know s3 camera is better than any other phone go and check on youtube :sony experia s vs iphone4s vs HTC X one camera test: for that u will check for ur self the s3 is the winner.
