Anyway, I'll answer.
Open the my files app
Open the folder with the files you want to move.
Tap menu
Tap (move)
Check the files you want to move.
Tap (move) in the top right corner.
Find the location you to move the files to.
Tap (move here) in the top right corner.
That's it.

but till a answer to what package mother has there is no telling what the problem is. For all I know is she could know a edge plan and that's why it's slow.

A lot of factors are in play. Your ISP will say it's your mobile performance or it's due to peak period. In fact, those suckers may have throttle the bandwidth for some priority customers. The distance between u & the signal repeaters also play a part.
Though I've a 12Gb data limit, I usually switch to my home WiFi when home. The surfing experience is better.

Today I bought this device I was so happy and then I noticed that it is not charging when its on charger why??? Im very very angry right now the problem from the phone or from the battery ..? What should I do? :@ :(((
