When will the jelly bean update available in Saudi Arabia? But I live in the Philippines, just so I bought my phone in Saudi.

I9300 the worst version of all available s3 versions... 1gb ram make this wonderful phone to be not valuable ... I paid the same amount of money for my phone as US, Canadian, Australian users but samsung decided that I will not get the same phone and S3 with 1gb is like S2.5 not S3... Lack of extra ram give crashes, redraw issue, and most annoying unexpectedly app killing... Shame on samsung for i9300
