AnonD-10882, 05 Aug 2012hi i am confused.....should i wait for iphone 5 or buy th... moreS3 does NOT have any "wifi issues"or "battery isues"! The S3 battery last atleast as long as my 2000 mAh does on my S2! I have a problem with yellow screen and the FM-radio have too much static background noise that it is unusable, but those are the only problems, and the "yellow screen" I can live with and I hope supercurios Voodoo Sound will fix the FM-radio sound!
If you can wait then I recommend waiting to see what specs... the iPhone 5 will have, because nobody know if it will be better than S3 or just a small upgrade from 4S!

Android was designed from the ground up as an operating system (OS) for mobile devices. Its built-in application and memory-management systems were engineered with battery life as one of the most critical concerns.

The Android OS does not work like a desktop operating system. On a desktop OS, like Windows, Mac OS X, or Ubuntu Linux, the user is responsible for closing programs in order to keep a reasonable amount of memory available. On Android, this is not the case. The OS itself automatically removes programs from memory as memory is needed. The OS may also preload applications into memory which it thinks might soon be needed.

Having lots of available empty memory is not a good thing. It takes the same amount of power to hold "nothing" in memory as it does to hold actual data. So, like every other operating system in use today, Android does its best to keep as much important/likely-to-be-used information in memory as possible.

As such, using the task manager feature of SystemPanel to constantly clear memory by killing all apps is strongly NOT RECOMMENDED. This also applies to any other task killer /management program. Generally speaking, you should only "End" applications if you see one which is not working correctly. The "End All" feature can be used if your phone/device is performing poorly and you are uncertain of the cause.

i wonder why there are lots of
                            problems that is related with
the body material of this phone
(samsung galaxy s3) ? 'Major of
them said there is a crack on
                            polycarbonate plastic body,
whereas the other had a metal
edge chipped off like a notch.
                            And some have the shattering
                            glass or cracks.' The awkward
truth was the owner said this
                            phone are handled with care,
and some of them dropped this
                            beast only 30-40 cm ! I wonder
                            if these are REAL problem
whatsoever ? So, what is the
                            function of polycarbonate (once
know to be durable) & is
                            'corning gorilla glass 2' became
'bunny scrap glass tofu' ?! And,
                            are these kind of problems
occur only in blue version, or
white version, or both ? Need
                            answer a.s.a.p ! Thanks in
                            advance.. (p/s : dear SAMSUNG,
please take care of your loyal

company sake ! If you still stick
                            with these (minimise the
                            materials quality to get a

                                    1. Do we have to open facebook app everytime we want to see the photos of our facebook friends, or can we do it from the gallery itself by just selecting the user from facebook.
                                    2. Can we store all the details in one Contact in the contacts section, such as links of Facebook, Twitter, linkedin, Googleplus.

[deleted post]I have both iPhone 4 and Galaxy S2.
I have the money to buy iPhone 4s or Galaxy S3.
Through my hands on experiences in iPhone 4 and Galaxy S2, I decided to buy Galaxy S3 rather than iPhone 4s.
No regrets because S3 satisfies my needs for a phone and gadget.
