Not frustrated, just annoyed. Annoyed with people like you that come on this Forum saying 'I've got KitKat on my S3' when the model you have is completely different to the one discussed here.
Because of comments like yours, other users start asking when their i9300 will get KitKat. It will NOT, and it is irresponsible of you to imply that it is available.

Is your phone the i9300 model? NO, it is not! Your phone is a different model. It has 2Gb of RAM which is why it got the KK update.
As you seem confused as to which phone you have I can give you the link to your model.

You can see that it is NOT the same as the i9300. I repeat - the i9300 will NOT get KK.

I think it depends on the exact model of your s3, and on what region you are in. some say they don't have the update. I just updated mine this morning and so far everything is good. I haven't noticed any bug on it yet. model number on mine is SGH-I747M, and is now running on android 4.4.2..I'm from the Philippines by the way.

Just updated mine to kitkat today. Everything is looking good so far. I'm not entirely sure why not every s3 gets the update but mine did. Model number is SGH-I747M

Amazing, isn't it. Even with all the information that is available some people STILL get it wrong.
The i9300 DID NOT and WILL NOT EVER get KitKat OS
The i9305 got KK because it had 2Gb RAM.

The Galaxy S3 is over two and a half years old now, and unfortunately it is showing it's age. Samsung isn't supporting it any more because their cut off point is 18 months, and to be honest it struggles now because of the low amount of RAM it came with. It was a brilliant phone when it first came out and is still a good buy for someone starting out because the price has dropped dramatically lately, but technology has moved on. I'm not going to say which phone you should go for, it's down to individual taste.
Taking 5 hours to charge the battery is far too long. I use a 2A charger which takes about 90 minutes to charge it from about 10% to FULL.

If yours is taking longer than that then it is either a faulty charger or else the battery isn't charging properly.

so I guess I will stick with my s3 but I notice that charging take along time from 3 days it doesn't charge quickly usually I finishe after 2 hours but today it take 5 hours

If the file is only 133Mb as you claim then it is only a minor update to your present Firmware. If your phone does everything you want it to do at present then it is up to you whether you install it or not.
