i got an update from samsung for my s3 in india
in notification i got an brightness bar and update is of 75 mb

There are simply 2 groups of folks here, one hate it, the other adores it.
Personal experience from this phone, UI is not as responsive & stable as my previously own Razr. Browser crashes a few times but I can live with it.
Battery life is really about usage behaviour. I have no problem using this for a day, from 99%, without charging in between.
Started at about 7am, Online for couple of hours with intervals, about 2hrs of music, calls about 20min, Whatsapp messaging with 3G connection throughout the day. By 9pm, battery left about 30% & I just plug it for recharge.
I don't understand why some folks expect the battery 24hrs or more with heavy usage. Its either u get a charger-on-the-go or simply plug it in whenever u have a power source.

HI i got and software update pop up today for my Samsung galaxy s3 i am from India.
can any one tell me what are the updates.
one change i can see is in the notification the auto adjust brightness option has been added
i have also checked the setting - about device option:
its still Android version 4.0.4
the only change i can see is the Build number
new build number is : IMM76D.I9300XXBLFB
old build number was: IMM76D.I9300XXALF2
did any one else recv this update.

after reading 3 pages of comments and feedbacks. i think this phone sucks.
as usual with androids the battery drains fast and laggy. they havent seemed to solve this problem yet.
ill wait till the next update if there will be some significant changes. (still having 2nd thoughts if ill wait for this or iphone 5)
