GALAXY S3 is Smartphone not a camera and the only one thing i like about n808 is camera thats it nothing else spacial. GALAXY S3 IS A HERO.

I have tried what you asked but my equaliser stays the same..Sometimes the music changes for some reason like this..
Say i have listened to a podcast and i use BassBoost through loudspeaker,,I then decide to play some music through headfones so change to concert hall setting and then onto custom..For some reason the music changes tone so have to select another prest then return to custom for my chosen custom setting to take effect..
It is weird, lets say i have my custom setting all set up as i like it..I then go to play a podcast and select BassBoost then return to play MP3,,i select custom but it plays different settings so i have to switch to extended then to equaliser then press OK and the equaliser sound i had preset returns..

The phone feels very solid in the hand and doesn't feel cheap at all. In fact I think it feels much more solid than the S2 (i777). The finish is the right combination of smooth and stick so you don't feel like it's going to wing it's way out of your hand all the time. I am a little nervous though for the time being since it is lacking a ballistic case since I work in a fairly rough environment. It's so sleek in the pocket I have to sometimes double check that it's there (or not there).
The performance and features available from launch are excellent and I've had great experience using the phone now for a couple of days. I purchased it for 2499AED ($680 USD) in the United Arab Emirates when I was there for work. The 802.11a/b/g/n support is perfect as my Galaxy S2 was lacking the 802.11a support that required me to carry my computer for my job maintaining multi-band WiFi networks. It works a charm in that arena.
The screen on this thing is amazing. I have witnessed a few iPhone users jaw's drop when they see the screen. (in all fairness I have an iPhone 4 as well that I enjoyed) The colors appear richer and blacks look like the screen is off. I used it around town in Istanbul to take a few pictures while sight-seeing and the camera is pretty good too. I have to wait to get back to the US in August to see how it performs on the AT&T network, but it's been working fine on the Turkcell network in Istanbul with short bursts of data usage and normal voice usage. A couple calls I've made seem clearer and I've had the other end report that they can hear me better without background noise, but that could also be the lack of a case covering he secondary mic for noise cancellation.

Went to shope today and had a hands on specialy was curious about camera, but I was disappointed.My N8 still far better and as I found out ot has same Sony sensor as iphone 4s so cant be good enough.... Only Nokia can make best cameras in phones.

I am waiting for one of these, as they sold out like hot potatoes on a chilly autumn evening ;)
I have seen both the Pebble blue and the White ones, and i personally like the looks of the white one.
I sold my iPhone 4S as soon as i heard this phone was coming, got bored of waiting and bought an HTC 1X, biggest mistake in my cellphone buying career :p
It overheated, and the battery went down like a ton of bricks when the phone heated up...
No doubt it was a "B.E.A.utiful" phone, but that was it about it. So i got rid of it again, and now am waiting for SGS 3 :)

awesome phone! the galaxy s2 is a cool phone with powerful specs, after comparing the specs on the new galaxy s3.... the s3 is the most highly spec'ed phone right now!!!! new tech rules, gotta love the new smartphones!!!!

I dont have any problem with the equaliser...doesnt get reset when i change the clarity etc.
