The reason i am buying this over my SGS2 is the new Wolfson audio DSP..The SGS2 has a Yamaha unit and audio was poor..As for the quad-core argument well can only go by what i saw and it was liquid smooth..How can you get smoother than the SGS2 well it just is...
I have not got my 64GB card onto one yet to see how it copes or tested the audio through headfones so will have to wait and see..If no good i am going for a Motorola because they are the fastest ,best selling most superb smartfones on the planet .
In fact me and Mobilemaster are both getting Motorolas and buying all our familys one each.I suggest you all buy Motorolas and have the most distressing time ever with your smartfone. ;-)

I wish they would display the white version of SGS3 on gsmarena,,i have emailed them about it..
I have played with this for 6 minutes yesterday but the only song i could check was the one on the device..It played about 4 times whilst checking equaliser settings & other folk waiting to check it out were fed up of the tune,and me too.
There was a que hence the short time but they demoed me the video pop out and straight to camera action by touching screen and tilting 90 degrees.It feels like you have NOTHING in your hands its so light and smooth.I checked that screen was on full brightness and was about to go through settings but assisstant asked if other folk could view it and try it out.They only had one model in the shop in white in the THREE network shop UK.
Putting it next to HTC one x the one x looks a lot bigger and screen a little brighter.
Thats it really i was not allowed to bluetooth one of my test songs across and use my own headfones(no time either)..It is a gorgeous silky smooth smartfone with electronics so high tech yet so invisible.I mean take into accout all the slots and battery and cam and flash and the electronics are the ultimate in miniturisation.

The comparison is not really correct. If the SGS 3 has a 1.9mp front cam and HTC One XL has 1.3mp front cam(bpth having similar features), how is that a draw?
And the screen comparison is not a draw either coz S3 has better sunlight legibility due to its less reflective gorilla glass 2.
Benchmarks have proved that S3 has the fastest processor. And Smart Stay, Direct Call & S Voice is not even there on HTC. i dont see how HTC One XL is the winner.

super price phone ....gs3 is not for all persons.
better packed your bedding and go home now.
buy it later, after 10 to 12 months when the price automatically reduced to 60% to 70% of the current price.
let's 808 serve the purpose in the mean time.
