Bez fone ever. currently only nokia 808 could competed with in the camera department. others quad core phones seem impossible due to shortage of somethings, somewhere like !#memory card slot , #non-replaceable
battery or #absent XVid divX video codec supports etc etc.

(to date,and in general!).but the samsung galaxy s3 is truly the greatest smartphone ever!.and of all brands,and of all time!.so just go for it!!!

[deleted post]I actually was seriously considering the HTC One X and it does seem the better phone potentially, but the lack of expandable memory and replacable battery have killed any thought of buying it for me, i mean i've lost count how many times Androids have crashed and had to replace the battery so i'd be seriously worried what you supposed to do with that, and of course 16gb doesn't even come close to what i need.

Also for all of you who complain about the shape or the feel of plastic will not think that when you have the phone in your hand looks and feels great. The screen and features is another amazing experience. Just look at the phones sold so far for the s3. As an owner of one I hope all the other owners are enjoying their phone as much as I am.

Wow wow wow. After a few days with the galaxy 3 I can't find a flaw . Hands down better than the HTC one x,Samsung focus s, iphone 4s, Nokia n900. Learn amazing new festures with the phone everyday . Unless the iphone 5 comes up with something magical this is the new king and for awhile . Well done Samsung .

This part sounds fishy, and this is from Eldar who worships Samsung:
"USB. For some reason Android 4 no longer features the USB Mass Storage mode and only has MTP and PTP modes left.
USB version 2.0, file transfer rate 25 Mb/s.
The phone cannot have a Bluetooth and a USB connection simultaneously. When the phone s connected to a PC via USB it prompts you to turn off BT disregarding whether the phone is synced with PC or there is an ongoing file transfer which is really a downer. The battery is charging when the phone is connected via USB.
The microUSB port supports the MHL standard which means that it can be connected to a TV’s HDMI-in. This solution is a lot more convenient than a separate miniHDMI slot on the phone.
The phone also supports EDGE class 12 in GSM networks."
