Galaxy s3 neo GT-i9300i model run 4.3,it is not 4.4
It is not 1.4 GHz only 1.2GHz, samsung didn't give kitkat update till. pls check all details&post your comments.

mine is 1.4 quad core i9300i its good at everything.... not hanging or heating up... not working slow or any other issue.... its excellent... 100% working very well.....

Avoid samsung brand& enjoy kitkat 4.4.4 experience with other brands.I am the user of galaxy s3 neo they wont give update, now i am very disappointed to choose samsung.

Yes we can Play HD games like real racing 3 on this s3 neo,its 1.5 gb ram handles all the function.

UPDATED REVIEW!
1- the phone heat up very much sometime and it can burn your hands,i was transferring big file through bluetooth and playing games at the same time and the phone got very hot to the point where it will burn your hand, i don't know if this is how it is made or there might be something wrong with my device, i will check with samsung store if this happened again
2- mine comes with S BEAM and NFC but i have seen the same phone on youtube that don't have those feautres, it might be the s3 neo i9301i that comes with 1 SIM , not the s3 neo i9300i which i have, so be careful to choose the right one when you purchase it,
3- the camera on this phone is good compared to other phones, but it is not comparable to digital cameras as digital cameras way better than this
4- sometime the autofocus misses the shots in video and photo modes, both,
5- the battery seems to be better after using the phone for 3 days but it was not good when i charged the phone at the first times, now it can last for maybe day with moderate use without playing games, but i wish they will find solution for the battery backup in smartphones in general in future, and make it last for at least 3 days
