Galaxy s3 will continue to be one of the best mobile phones ever given by Samsung. I am using S3 Neo for few days and its great as always.

u cant say "this is just dual sim version of galaxy s3"... dont get fooled.. its not as good as s3... go for s3 for following reasons
better quality (proven flagship phone of samsung before s4)

No s beam or direct call as listed in samsung own website.
If they are misleading people, we will lost faith in samsung

This phone has an a gpu adreno 305 and processor arm cortex a7 with 1.5 gb ram out of which 1.35 is available.
Phone does not lag or heat up excessively during gaming.
A little heat will be generated by any phone with heavy use but nothing to be alarmed here.
Yes I have been playing all heavy 3d games life asphalt 8 nfs most wanted nova 2 on this phone without a lag or any issue.
The battery backup may not be the best but it easily takes away a day on single full charge with moderate use like gaming, internet, calls and texting.

I have been using the phone for a week now and have been hearing many people complaining phone does not have nfc, otg, direct call, s beam etc etc etc.
Guys come one direct call and s beam are just useless samsung gimmicks which are useless. Ok maybe direct call was slightly convenient but then most phones do not have it but they are great phones and people love them anyway.
S beam is nothing but a pre loaded wifi direct app on samsung phone. You can download a thousand types of apps like super beam etc to replace it.
NFC is avery limited technology as of now which does not have much application in the real world as of now.
Regarding OTG I think it is not a very usefull thing either if you already have 16 gb internal and plenty of space on the sd card to carry your movies and data all in one device and just leave the cable and pen drive home.
And one more thing I do not know if the grand 2 has a gyroscope sensor or not because many people are saying it does not but s3 neo does have it and its a great thing for gaming and a few other apps

Both phones grand 2 and s3 neo are quite similar in specifications. The only advantage I can see grand 2 has that it has a 5.25 inch screen. Otherwise both phone hardware are the same. Both phones have multi window. On the other hand s3 neo has a nice amoled screen which is excellent. s3 neo has a notification led which is good. And above all this phone has an internal 16 gb memory so you will never be cramped to install even the heaviest off apps or games. I have installed 3 games on the internal memory which are larger tha 2 gb and still have around5 gb space left. And some apps can be moved in majority to the sd card. On the grand 2 you get only 8 gb space and user availabe space is 4.8 gb only. Some people have been complaining that this phone has only 2100mah battery including the sales person who sold me the phone of an exclusive Samsung showroom. Guys grand 2 uses an old tft and the screen size in 5.25 and on this s3 neo the screen is 4.8 and has a power saver amoled so it does not need a bigger battery. I am satisfied with this phone and would recommend it to those who are not going crazy over a 5.25 inch screen or do not need such a big screen.

Hello all of of u, i owned this phone for the past one week. It does not have nfc, otg, direct call, s beam. Poor batery back up. Only thing screen is awsome.
