I bought a new s3 neo a month a ago it has a issue that it starts heating in my pocket its temp. Reaches up to 58c and its battery drains very fast. Any solution of this problem

I was brought this product before some week.but the screen glass was broken by a simple falling.are there any availbility of only screen glass at the service center of samsung.if not please do this immidiately.

Apart from Battery issue, this is a great phone. Battery is very weak...sometimes shows 40% remaining but within few minutes it shuts down....charging is done quickly and quickly finishes too...
