KK, 14 Mar 2015I got it three days ago from Flipkart. Its a good overall p... moreI also face the same problem. "Smart Dual Sim" option and "Recieve calls when using data on another sim" option is of no use at all. Chinese smartphones have no such stupid options in menu, but they never give any such "unreachable" problem. I have used many dual sim phones from LG, Motorola,Micromax, Gionee, etc, but never faced such problem that u get "out of reach" message on one sim while using data on another sim. Regarding camera I want to say that its below average. Also it is unable to focuss closer objects. This phone is OK for those who want to use it for single sim only and daylight average photography.
I want to add here that people sitti g in Sansung customer cares are so dumb to handle problems. They are there just for sake of getting salary. Nothing else. I have also requested to Flipkart for refund. But they are willing for replacement but not for refund. If that happens, I'll move to Consumer Court for sure.
