Hi friends!is there any one who could guaid me how and from which site i can get/download official firmware i9300ixxuand1 KSA to unroot and get the warranty back of my galaxy s3 i9300i. I need this firmware to unroot my s3 neo. I tried to get help from Rom Manager but failed.
In fact i want to upgrade my neo to kitkat 4.4.4 and further to lollipop. I rooted my set to upgrade but got stuck with rooted android 4.3. Now i want to unroot to get official update of kitkat 4.4.4. Can any one solve my problem please?

absolutely in love with my s3 neo, i just hope that we'll get the lollipop update that's all.. I'm not experiencing any problems with camera or heatting.

I rooted my galaxy s3 neo i9300i 4.3 without making any backup. Now i want to unroot but without stock rom it is not possible for me to do this. Please guide me or help me in this regard. Thanks

I cannot unroot my s3 neo without stock rom 4.3. In fact i want to upgrade to kitkat 4.4.4 and further to android 5.0 lollipop. I installed rom manager and tried to get help but rom manager does not recognise my set. Please help me for upgrading my s3 neo and getting stock rom 4.3 to unroot my s3 neo. I will be really thankful to you.

I always charge the phone after switching it off. I think this phone along time to charged. Is this normal

I hv updated 4.4.4 kitkat in my S3Neo GT-i9300i. its working fine. no remarkable changes than 4.4.2 Battery is saved & you need to recharge after 1.5 days, if you (i) reduce the display to 25% (ii) switch off net from continuous operation to intermittent connection (iii) enable power saver mode (iv) disable blue tooth & wifi & only enable it when requires (v) switch off keypad tone & vibration (vi) switch of live wallpapers.
the battery heats up only when used for more than 15 minutes continuously, but is in cool condition normally. the notification panel is however in black & white instead of coloured. basabaich.09@gmail.com

i own this device for more than two month. never having any problem yet. working really smooth, good camera & speed, running 4.4.4 kitkat, never experienced any heating problem while gaming or web browsing, battery life pretty enough for me around 24hr per one recharge & Normal use around 48hr. Really happy with my Galaxy s3 neo. im From Sri Lanka, Thank You Samsung''''''''
