Iam using this phone for last 4 months. Still I don't have any problem with this device. Battery drains highly while using internet,but its common with all android phones.

dont buy this phone its pap for the money no 4g and I had to take mine back twice as it gets stupidly hot even when jist browsing and got so hot at one point it turned part of the screen white!!!

I moved to Cyanogenmod, for upgrade to kitkat 4.4.4 Android, 8 month ago, this fail never had been repeated. For this reason I Supposed is the SO.
You can Upgrade SO with other mod options. The problem is Samsung not update 4.4 to S3.

Hi, i have the regular single sim version of the S3.... but the problem with the phone is that all memory cards become corrupt after a week..... "SD card removed unexpectedly" this is the error i get everytime.... wanted to know if this S3 neo also has the same problem? Many people using using the regular S3 have reported this problem.... please reply.

It sounds like your battery is faulty. I have the full Samsung S3 version and had the same problem. After a year my battery became warped (bubbled in the middle), I bought a replacement battery off Amazon for £10 and now my phone works perfect and stays charged for the full day.

this is nice phone but battery problem.
ram given from 1.3 but already space running full 800mb to 900mb.
2nd thing if u entrnet use then 2nd sim its stand by mode.so other call not received our site.
this problem related me same thing to all??? kindly give reply .

Iam from India and few months ago i got an update of roughly 400 mb through software update option from the phone itself and when i asked around it was confirmed that it was kikkat update but reading the comments about camera problem after the update i refrained from updating mine.So could someone please tell me, who has updated there S3 neo GT-I9300I to kikkat version tell me weather it is worth upgrading or not.

those who are having problems with their samsung s3 neo, can they juts confirm me is it made in china version, made in korea version or made in vietnam version? because a lot depends on where it is being assembeled. korean are the best while vietnam are the worst (quality wise cheap). u can see that behind the battery on the sticker.
