I Have NEO-9301 in white.
Its a great phone...
But not more but some times its camera doesn't work correctly but after restarting it..
Whats the problem???

I like this phone since its the fastest phone i have bought until now, also it has no errors in its system and fast on Internet . i installed many games on it and it still fast without any problems

S3 GT-i9301 Neo is compared to my old S3 LTE GT-i9305 a little faster although it has the same frequency 1.4 GHz of the CPU, it still is Snapdragon which is more optimized and therefore faster. GPU is Andreno 305 and I didn't notice it to be any faster than Mali400 from LTE version. LTE has 2 GB Neo has 1.5 GB of ram, there is no difference in speed whatsoever, both are on official kitkat, S3 LTE on 4.4.4, S3 Neo on 4.4.2. And because S3 Neo is a little more optimized and shuts down specific cores to 0%, where LTE does only slow them down to a minimum 200 MHz for all for cores, the battery is drained on S3 Neo a little slower and lasts approx. 15 % longer.
But the main difference is on applying the 1280x720 screen resolution. S3 LTE does it on desktop, some apps (approximately in 35 % of them) in all other it automaticly downgrades resoluton to 540p. Whereas to S3 Neo, it uses 1280x720 resolution EVERYWHERE ! I did not notice that until I compared the size of text and pictures in Play Store, Youtube app, outlook.com app, Gmail app...etc. In all this apps the size of the text is smaller and in native 720p resolution so therefore you get more text and picture information at one time on your screen. So it seems, that the pixel density on S3 Neo always stays 320dpi and on the 2.5 year old S3 LTE i9305 does not. That is the only difference I really noticed and started to bug me on the old LTE and therefore i prefer S3 Neo.
