Got rid of my crappy company iPhoney and the S III is absolutely the best phone I have ever owned. The large screen is an important feature. A high quality screen too.
Never again will I go near anything Apple! And don't forget Apple tightly control their phones whereas Samsung do not. ;-)

Anonymous, 06 Feb 2015Is battery life in 4.4.4 as good as in 4.12? 4.4.4 just came available in Finland. Battery life improved considerably from 4.3. In the night it used to eat most of the battery. Now only a few percent. It was OTA update so all the apps remained intact without factory reset or reinstalling apps from Google Play or Kies3.

Is everything as good... moredo not update, it is just time wasting, no difference in the benchmark test, both androids got almost 23000, it is better if you move to cyanogenmode 10.1.3 stable, much better battery life and camera in comparison with the official android, faster, you will lose only smart stay property and automatic call recoding software will not be more compatible.
