I still wait for 4.4.2 to see what can do on this device.

How is the update on 4.3 ? I m from RO and my phone is locked on orange. If i update , the battery drains faster than 4.1.2 ?

Updated to 4.3 in India, Battery drains faster than before.
Need to charge twice a day now even with 0 brightness and Power Saving Mode.

I have SGS3 i9305 OS 4.3 JellyBean and SGS4 i9505 OS 4.4.2KitKat after update it is better....

but do note that this 4.3 is still brand new, and subject to further revisions of the firmware...
updates been succesful on my i9305. but, sadly the battery life sucks after the update recently

Agreed batt consumption uo a bit and also ram usage. No problem for me.
The new UI is great. Hope 4.4 will also come along. Over reaching perhaps?

Hi Guys!!!!
I just updated my Samsung Galaxy S3 i9305 LTE to ANDROID 4.3 a week before.
I got the device from France and got an update last week.
To be frank,the UI has been completely changed like S4's UI.
Battery drain is not that much as many say in their review,but i do accept that little bit battery consumption has been increased.
But inturn you get New UI, New notification bar,Enhanced graphics.
My Quadrant also got increased after updating. !!!!!
Now my device is even liquid smooth than before.
Ram usage is somewhat higher.Even in idle state it takes around 1 to 1.25 GB of RAM memory.
Overall i am very much satisfied.
One thing many reviewers forgot is , u get expandable notifications, which u get in 4.3 and not in 4.1.
Now i doubt whether i have s4 in my hands!!!
I thank samsung for this beautiful update but i should have been a little quicker.
