If I upgrade my Samsung I9300 Galaxy S3 with Jelly Bean OS, will it's 1GB Ram automatically upgrade also to 2GB Ram like the new Galaxy S3 model I9305??? because the OS of S3 I9300 which is Ice Cream Sandwich v4.0.4 with 1GB Ram while the S3 I9305 is Jelly Bean v4.1 with 2GB Ram. Will the S3 model I9300 increase it's Ram or not if I upgrade it to Jelly Bean. Thanks.

To all s3 or samsung users am using s3 but the problem is their service,even micromax have more good service ,,if u go samsung service centre, I can share an xperiance I brought a head set for my phone and on the cover i9000 is suported but its like stanading in a church during ganamela,, and when I go to service centre they said dnt know and canot be replaced and they r nt responsible for it ,,,hell I lost 500rupees
