Uncheck "increase volume in pocket" option from call settings and your volume problem should be fixed...

the samsung galaxy s4 is one of the best phones so far but my only comments goes with
1. the camera quality is not d best.
2. the code use in checking Samsung phones whether original or fake does not work with gt 19500
3. if we d consumers can gt 2 sim gt 19500

Definitely no. I will not recommend it. Laggy phone. Heats up like crezy.

4.4.2 is batter then 5.0.1
after lolipoo uodate in my s4 i have face many of problems
battery drain fast
app close automatically
phone working slow
some features not working...

helo frd i have also s4 after the updation of lollipop the assistive touch automaticaly disapear after some time and
th smart scroll feature is also removed by lollipop

Please i need HELP..... i have problem on my galaxy S4. it discharge so fast and gets hot easily even when not using it.
Last night i got a low battery and i charge it on my portable charger. i turned off my phone before i charged it. After two hours i check my phone and it feels hot so i decided to pull out my portable charger. Then i open ,my phone, in a few seconds it open then it blink and went off. until now my doesn't work. What shall i do now? Please need help ASAP. Your help was highly appreciated, Thanks -dadjo2

I am using samsung galaxy s4. I am facing the smart screen auto open problem in my device. Whenever i am using any app or in mobile data on my display goes black for a fraction of seconds( like fractuation). Any one having the same problem please reply here.email id - jena.asim@gmail.com

hello i have upgrade my samsung s4 to lolipop but lolipop remove my smart scroll feature n i call to damsung support ceo they said w8 ..but why should i w8 if lolipop never get the update of smart scroll then my mobile is no feature of smart scroll ever ... samsung is custmor service is so poor .. they dont have any solution of it n not replacing the mble n not giving the feature back ..so tell me what should i do now
