shivansh, 03 Jan 2015can anyone tell me which one is better s4 i9500 or s4 i9505Obviously S4 I9505.
its quadcore snapdragon.
but I9500 is Exynos even octa core but exynos is a way weaker. and drains battery faster, and has no 4G.

You should go for desire 820........As we see 2 performance ..its benchmark is around 31000 Antutu with 64bit architecture...new generation appeared in 820...further updates will give u much more improvement & will be smart as per smart definition

If you want a good camera, processor, service then go for galaxy s4.
If you want good looking phone then go for htc 820.

I have downloaded a firmware that was just for improvement but I didnt install it. When the android 5.0 update will be availabe, will I have to install the downloaded firmware first or can I directly update to 5.0?

As far as my experience is concerned, Samsung galaxy s4 was released in year 2013 & hopefully you will get all its parts/accessories/services till 2016-17.
One advice for you, just go to any nearest samsung service centre and extend your warranty for 1 more year by paying around Rs.1600 & relax.
So, you should blindy buy galaxy s4 without hesitation, & soon you will get lolipop till the end of march.
