I have had non stop trouble with my S4. It was constantly overheating. Then the phone would not work on 50% of my calls. I took it back to dealer and my warrenty of one year had just expired. I would not recommend this phone to anyone. I went back to iphone which I should of never left.

What abo... moreGrand 2 doesn't even come near the s4.how can you even compare these 2.
S4 wins hands down compared to grand 2.
The latest update is quite bad in terms of battery backup. The previous update was awesome. I got about 6 hour of on screen time previously but now I only get 5 hours. Still it's better than grand 2.
But lollipop update is on it's way for s4 and that will solve battery problems.

The Telstra tech desk here in Australia replaced the battery, installed a new sim card and factory reset all under warranty 3 weeks ago. The phone is now running perfectly.

Initially agree the factory reset it will drain battery faster and heat up a little but after 2-3 days it will get normal and 1080p never heat up.
Tell me again of the problem persists.

Select the correct firmware for your region and model.

Please can someone help I have Galaxy s4 and has been unable to use the Infra Red to control my household gadgets, I have tried but it couldn't work does it mean am not getting the operation well or what? S5 is a much better phone. He'd be happy.
