I have used this phone for 1.5 years and it has only freezed once or 2. All android phones freeze when a sh*tty program runs in infinite loop or throws an exception. It's bad coding, not the fault of phone.
Use good apps. Any phone will lag if you do too much with it. There is no phone which doesn't. Even the core i7 toting desktops freeze when these situations are true.
And AFAIK, you own a 2nd hand defective s4.

I have had nothing but good experiences until last week when I dropped it and totaled the screen and now paying off contract and getting new phone, but I recommend this for anyone who doesn't want to pay 100$ and a contract.

other than that thr r small small changes which is not even noticable
Samsung converted S4 into heavier bulker thicker and uglier and calling it as sucessor called S5.
S4 is the best bet to get :)
for me S5 Is grand 3 ;D

Anonymous, 17 Nov 2014what about in terms of ergonomics and look? :p in terms of ergonomics and looks - way better than s5, i had a chance to compare both before i bought s4 last week and i can easily say that s4 is much better looking (black edition), thinner and lighter; it fits much better in your pocket; if you choose s4, buy black edition because it is even better looking then normal ones; a look that you will not get bored with like i did with the s5; if you customize it by using apex launcher and 3k sr black theme and a small clock and date widget at the top, it will definitely look elegant in it's complete black themed home screen and drawer, at least that's what i liked and now i am sharing with you :)
