Got a new battery today. fully charged and then turned on the phone. 35 minutes of on screen time and battery is 90%. Can I consider my new battery okay??? Specially @Darkgamer/Oindrilla Sen. Others' valuable comments are also appreciated... :)

I just bought an s4 2 weeks ago and the battery is draining way too fast! I spent 1hr playing games and left it at a corner for 4hrs, my battery level from 91% become 28% ?
