Have you installed persius kernel? I have heard that it's hands down the best one for this phone.

After using this phone for a couple months I've realized that you really need to customize it to be happy with it, I've debloated, rooted and installed a kernel which provides a proper CPU governer, and I'm able to attain roughly 4.5 hours of on screen time, it is a very good phone all round despite what people say about TouchWiz being slow, just maintain your phone and remove useless software included by Samsung, or just install a custom rom, it isn't bland and empty like "Pure Android"
The screen is a lot better than most flagship devices (Xperia Z/Z1/Z2, Nexus 5 etc)
The phone is very easy to work with if you're a developer, or just an individual who likes to play around with technology...definitely worth the buy.

i am asking a question from the users of the samsung galaxy smart phones,that how we can record the call during the conversation,as you know that there is option for recording the call in nokia.q-mobiles and others,but perhapes there is no any option for recording the call of any body during the conversation.kindly reply and help me from your experiece.thanks.

After 28 MB update this phone contact are lagging like past. I do not know what benefit it brought in.

best phone i ever use! there is no lag. best phone for gaming, facbook, selfies, and any else! go to s4 octa core!

On Saturday i went n updated my S4..bcoz i was not able 2 get dat 28MB update..as soon as dey gave me d updated mobile i then cud update via 3G d 28MB upgrade.

What were you expecting. A Nokia 3310 type sturdy phone.
If you didn't like the phone, why buy it?? It's clear you never owned it. Even bad phones have something to like about them. How is it possible that you disliked the whole phone and still purchased it.

Oh men that sad i have buy this phone 3month ago..not good quality phone..the screen easly crack and digitizer will be problem..even some of phone in samsung said using screen like xperia n lumia still i see very this screen..sucks..actualy samsung phone is not a good quality phone..they started want to use thier own prosesscor but still using snapdragon for?
Like s3 easy hang..almost all of samsung phone easy hang hang hang slow sensetivity..better buy other phone like lg,htc,nokia. Lumia or new on Asus..

So. It's been around a week since the XXUFNG1 and here's my small review on it.
The firmware is exceptionally stable. No hiccups or lags. Forget about force closes. The phone is fast. There are no new features but that was expected since its a small update.
Battery life : I had around 5 recharges and now finally I can share my review.
First, the battery life was average and I got only 4 hr on screen time. On the next charge I got 5 hr 18 min and I was more than happy. But the surprise was waiting. I got a 6 hour on screen time in the third charge. Outrageous. This time I charges only till 97%and the time was 5 hr 58 min. So that's quite consistent.
I'm more than happy with the battery life now. And please note that I'm always online and most of the time I was surfing online or watching YouTube that drain battery. So I expect 7 hours for light load.
