You seem to be in a different country. That's why your firmware contains dxu instead of xxu.
Go to samfirmware to get the latest firmware in your country and check if your is latest.

... moreNote 2 got kitkat and note 2 has like 3 times slower processor and around 2 times slower RAM than s4. So i guess s4 won't be left at the same version as note 2.
It will surely get android L. But about higher i don't know. S3 LTE version is getting kitkat. So Samsung didn't leave s3 due to 2 years were over. It left s3 as the processor and RAM were too slow to handle kitkat.
Regarding moto E. It runs kitkat at a much lower resolution and runs stock android bare bones. Touchwiz is a heavy UI.
Samsung supported s2 for 2 years, s3 international version for 1.5 years, s3 LTE for 2 years, note 2 will get updated to 4.4.4 and will complete 2 years.
Phones get updated till they have enough power to support it. And s4 has a great cortex a15 CPU with 2GB LPDDR3 RAM.
Let me compare performances for you on relative scale.

because s3 didnt get kitkat which is meant for even smaller phones like moto e with not so high processor
and samsung policy is like they donot provide updates for a year or more outdated phones.

Well the phone was launched at starting of 2013 and idiots will keep on comparing it with Samsung galaxy s5, note 3 and iPhone 5... All high end mobiles launched after Samsung galaxy s4... A simple common sense will make people understand that with time technology will improve.... And talking about Nokia 808 purview... I bet the person who named this phone here will never buy that phone on the basis of sunlight legibility...

1. Nokia 808 pureview .
2. Galaxy Note 3/iPhone 5/5s
3. Galaxy s5
4. Galaxy s4.
You can check the value in their review. And this is a lab controlled factual test and not some random review which has no credibility whatsoever.
So get it.
Buy this phone if you want. No one gives a single f**k. No one cares what you comment again and again like a bot.
