M, 13 Sep 2016My S4s is shutting down and swiching on,it's it's doing thi... moreremove battery from the phone remove memory card, sim card and place the phone in rice container.. soak the phone in rice for 4-5 hours... this problem occurs mostly due to moisture.. good luck..

I need an urgent reply to my opinion................ moreif phone reboot it self then i think could be infected, so try with stubborn tro jan killer to find and ki ll tro jans if exist in the system, and this work 100% .
if not,then try with factory data reset, but first save all personal data to sd card, remove sd card and reset the phone.

Hello...
I need an urgent reply to my opinion..............please
I got a london used S4, everything works perfectly fine but it shows different signs......
1. Once the 3G is on, they battery can't charge properly rather it will be discharging even when plugged to light, that is why charging the phone it will only be discharging and mine is difficult to charge.
2. The phone offs by itself and starts trying to reboot by itself, until i will power it again and it comes up and does same later.
Please i need your opinions to this

I have buy s4 black edition GT I9500 16 June 2015 .
I have update my s4 in January 2016 . then I am facing battery issue like only 3 to 4 hour screen time use or Internet uses .
really bad
I have purchase through Amazon I think battery or the complete mobile is duplicate . because now I have face new problem like other similar is not shown in my s4 than the my regular sim.
it's a new problem.
