Battery life is always bad in the ini... moreDARKGAMER U R VERY WRONG -s4 battery life issues - max standby -no usable activity == 100% charge == max 20hrs in strong signal aeas- STATIC - but if u move around even in strong signal area with ONLY STANDBY == 12 HRS MAX + heating .. but if surf to view basic emails etc - for max 3o minutes -- battery total life quickly drops to 6-8 hrs max ..make 2 voice calls x 5 minutes - 5-6 hrs max .. darkgamer - look up s4 battery problems on the web - ..SIMPLE -CARRY A SPARE FULLY CHARGED S4 BATTERY - OR RISK missing out on essential s4 functions - voice surf etc ..

After 1 week, come here again if you have problems. Then you can do optimizations that will work.

All I have just purchased S4 deep black with Kitkat 4.4.2 preloaded in my phone. It is awsome and gr8 experience and shining better than the black mist...
I just want to ask to evry body who knows that how can i Increase my battery life? Is there any software for the solve the this problem plz sug...

I bought s4 GT-9500 (New Black Version) from india. But my smart feature like smart pause, smart stay, screen shot is not working. Kindly help me. If Any setting required for the same.

The only comparison here is between g2 and s4. The rest 2 are shit. I own both g2 and s4. Please note that 16 GB g2 is useless as g2 doesn't have a sd card slot. So I'll compare 16 GB s4 v/s 32 gb g2.
Reasons to buy s4:
1. 16 GB s4 is cheaper than 32 GB g2.
2. SD card slot
3. Removable battery
4. Better screen( 441 PPI, infinite contrast, better blacks and more color gamut)
5. Slightly better camera( better modes and pnorama. Also slight more details and dynamic range)
6. Compact
Reasons to buy G2:
1. Better GPU( smoother gaming)
2. Better battery life
3. Slightly bigger screen.
Have your choice. Ask anything that you want.

With sprint, but have friends that have S4's on verizon. all can barely get a signal. Mine has 0-to-1 bar 99% of the time and has not had data since I received it. It picks up Sprint's spark lte, but still does not have data, even when the spark icon is lit. Antenna capabilities register 1000x weaker than the previous S3 model on bench equipment tests. Works well as anything but an actual phone. I live in a great signal area and my Note3 has no issues.

This phone has a great camera,i took a lot of photos today indoors with night mode on & they were simply awesome,very sharp with natural colors,one of the best camera phones i've used do far.
