My touch screen is not functioning. No response whenever i swipe on screen. Already plug-out & plug-in the battery for restarting but problem remains.
Connect the phone to laptop using the USB cable but prompted message 'can't read the file'.
Has anyone encountered this problem?

Or I shoul... moreMy suggestion is to stay in the kit kat version. lollipop version is not factory- installed , so when installed additionally later start problems with the battery as rapidly or empty bit and it takes away 5GB of internal memory because the delete kit kat and install new lollipop and it takes a few hours, but especially do not get the magic but you can only annoy you later regret it and because of the problems that will arise. however if you want then here a link and read
