darkgamer, 20 May 2014S4 has the best battery among these 3, followed by htc one ... moreBut in gsm arena battery stand by of xperia z and htc one is showing more than s4. By the way i hv taken my decision i am going wid Htc or Sony my preference is design , performance nd brand value

darkgamer, 20 May 2014I don't know about that app and you better turn it on. Hi, as u said I turned that app(Unified Daemon) on now.Apart frm dat I turned off d below apps, pls advice if I really need them or not:
ANT Radio Servc, ANT+plugins,BlurbCheckout, Briefing, ChatOn,GroupPlay, PicasaUploader, SHealth, STranslater, SamsungBooks-Games-Learning,link,print servc,SNS,StoryAlbum, TripAdvisor,YahooFinance&News.
Few google apps too I turned off which I don't use like: Chrome, Drive, Dropbox, PlayGames, PlayTV&Movies, PlayMusic, PlayNewstand, google+, hangouts.
Do U c any harm turning off any of these??

Sam, 21 May 2014Hi Shubham, i just updated my S4 to 4.4.2 using kies,so far... moreyes, the performance has taken a boost. But that comes at the cost of battery life. battery life is known to decrease. give a measure in terms of on-screen time from drain 100 to 1%.

If you want monstrous battery life, go for lg g2 32 gb. It has great battery life and even better than galaxy s4.
S4 doesn't have these issues. I confirm it.
Let me post some facts about battery endurance ratings.
Xperia z 44 hours
Htc one 52 hours
Samsung galaxy s4 69 hours
Lg g2 81 hours.
Go for s4 or g2 to get good battery life.

Sam, 20 May 2014Hi Shubham, I installed kies (verrsion3) on my pc & whe... moreIf you want to update, do it via kies. It actually downloads whole firmware and repairs any broken or lost files. Then secure your data and do a factory reset. And restore your data.
All the things you are hearing is false. I've not encountered these issues. Just the standby has gone low and phone eats more battery when idle and Barrett life is decreased. But believe me, 4.3 is better. Don't upgrade. We'll get a stable firmware in some time and you may upgrade to that.
Still if you want kitkat badly. It's not that bad. Update via kies.

This looks more like sony xperia z forum rather than s4,looks like all the xperia z fanboys taking their frustration out on s4. Dear xperia z fanboys we don't stoop to such level just go through your forum,there's no one who degrades your xperia z or promotes s4.
